For clarity please note the following. The scale is constructed in both Swedish and English (Gunnar cooperated scientifically with several researchers in the US), but 2021 we had them checked against one another. English (US) has then been the source file for other translations. Both the actual scale and the instructions for a series of languages were checked and new translations were made in 2021. In the instruction, the following alterations where intentionally made for to both the Swedish and English original for clarity, but they do not affect the meaning or how the scale is being used (and will be implemented in all newer translations): I) “say” [a number] was changed to “select” [a number] II) “verbal descriptors on the scale” was changed to “words on the scale” III) “quite strenuous” was changed to “really very strenuous” IV) “for example ‘12’ or even more” was changed to “for example ‘12’ or even somewhat more”. There are no changes to the Borg CR scale (CR10) since 2004 (G. Borg 2004, page 41). And no major changes to the instruction after 2007
